Well, last night was one of the weirdest streams of dreams I've had in a while.

Much weirder than the one the night before last wherein Oil Slick kept jumping and swimming around in this murky lake in some city (first time he was running from a reporter; the second time, he was gonna ambush someone).

Well, I'm very happy right now, because a friend at school let me borrow his copy of Final Fantasy VII. I'm only about 2 hours into it, but it's freaking awesome so far :D

I'm also happy because season 3 of Transfomers Animated premieres this Saturday morning. Looks like it's gonna be great ^^

Well, for the second time in less than a year, I replayed Metal Gear Solid 3, and just beat it again tonight.

I love that game (along with all the other MGS games), but the ending is just so sad. I think it's the only video game I've ever played that actually made me cry (although, if I had played FFVII back before Arieth's death scene was well-known, I'm sure it would have made me cry too). Now that's the sign of a great story, if it can make you feel in such a way. Metal Gear Solid proves that video games can have deep, meaningful stories and drama, and not just be another mindless form of entertainment (although games with simple stories, like Mario and such, are usually fun too, as long as the gameplay is fun and more than makes up for it). It'll probably be a long time before I'll be able to play that game again, just like the first time I beat the game.

P.S. to self

Well, today I am officially 21 ^^

Got a Transformers Animated Oil Slick toy, and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, which makes me happy. Spent about an hour playing the game (mostly because it has very few save points).

I just watched the trailer for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Two words: HOLY SHIT! :D

I SO cannot wait until this summer when that movie comes out! It looks like it is going to be so awesome!

Well, the new AC adapter came today, so I can use my computer again.

This also means that I am available on AIM again.

Dad, let's get on thing straight: I am 20 years old, so I can swear however much I fucking want to, you son-of-a-bitch!

I really fucking hate you, you fucking fucktard! You can't tell me what I can and cannot say and do, you fuckwad! For that matter, you can't make me not be angry! There's no magic remote that controls my emotions, so if you don't like me being mad, you just have to fucking deal with it, you fucking bastard.

You're king of the fucking bastards! And you can just go to hell, fucking fucker!

Well, the ac adapter to my laptop crapped out on me, and it'll be a while before a new one comes in the mail. I have to use my mom's computer until then. This means that I will not be available on AIM for a while, but I will still be available on MSN IM. Hopefully the new adapter will be here before next week.

Happy New Year to all :D

Good bye 2008, hello 2009. My new year's resolution will be to be better about working of fics and art projects. Hopefully all those Devcon fics I started last year will finally get finished and posted.

Well, I had a pretty decent Christmas. I got a really nice MP3 player, which I just love. My parents dragged me out so we could cross country ski, although I mostly just rode downhill on a rented tobaggan, which was pretty fun.

Happy holidays to all :D

Well, my parents and I went to go see Tropic Thunder at the local dollar theater. I was possibly one of the funniest movies we've ever seen. My parents sounded like they were going to die laughing. The humor was over the top, the acting was over the top and hilarious, the action was great, and it was just a really enjoyable experience for us. I highly reccommend the film for anybody who hasn't seen it.

Well, after finishing MGS2, I've decided to return to a replay file of MGS3 that I started months ago while waiting for MGS2 to come in the mail.

When I left off on that game, before I switched to MGS2, I had crossed the lake of crocs and was about to risk mines and electric fences. Today, when I picked it back up, I got past the fences (thank god for the mine detector, even if it is more primitive than the ones in other MGS games, for obvious time-frame reasons), fought Ocelot, fought The Pain, made it to the warehouse, evaded traps, and got inside the lab Granin is being held at.

I also managed to find the snow and fly camos that I missed in the last playthrough of the game. Hopefully that Snow camo will come in handy when it's time to face The Boss. I also found the knock out hanky, which will come in handy when it's time to knock out Raikov and steal his clothes. I just wish I could find my way around the damn building Granin is in. That place is like a maze when you haven't played the game in forever. And I seem to be rusty with CQC when it comes to the headbash move. Hopefully that'll get better. Although I did an interrogation wrong and ended up killing the poor soldier. That will haunt me for a long time.

Well, I finally finished Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It was fantastic :D
I just wish I could afford a damn PS3 so I could play the fourth game. Watching it on YouTube just isn't the same as playing a game yourself and seeing the full extend of the graphics and gameplay. Maybe someday in the near future I'll be able to play it.

Also, my DDR game finally came in the mail today. Boy, does it take a lot out of you. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon.
